Renowned Beacon Hill restaurant No. 9 Park, formerly owned by Barbara Lynch, will be transformed into a new dining experience by restaurateur Allan Rodriguez. The new upscale restaurant, Nine, is set to open in late spring and will feature a French-European cuisine menu curated by chef de cuisine Andrew Simonich. The beverage program will focus on French wines and gin, with a special 15-seat bar inspired by 19th-century gin palaces. In addition to a seasonal tasting menu, Nine will also offer an a la carte menu with dishes like wagyu burger and lamb with fennel confit. Rodriguez aims to create a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere with a focus on high-quality hospitality, food, and beverage. This new concept comes after the closure of No. 9 Park, as Lynch’s restaurant empire faced challenges last year. Nine promises to deliver a unique and exceptional dining experience, combining a rich history with modern culinary trends.
