Former talk show host and vocal Trump critic Rosie O’Donnell has left fans guessing with her recent social media posts which suggest she may have relocated outside of the United States. O’Donnell shared photos on Instagram and TikTok which hint that she and her daughter might be in either Ireland or the U.K., as she mentioned driving on the opposite side of the road and referred to walking her daughter to school.
The former “View” co-host also shared a photo from TikTok which showed her, her daughter, and their black Labrador service dog outside a church with an Irish road sign in the background. O’Donnell, who has Irish ancestry, shared musings on social media indicating a sense of belonging in the country.
O’Donnell’s representative has not yet confirmed her whereabouts. However, in 2016, O’Donnell denied rumors that she would move to Canada if Trump won the election. If O’Donnell has indeed moved abroad, she wouldn’t be the first high-profile figure to do so in response to Trump’s presidency, with Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi moving to the English countryside for similar reasons. The couple, who got married in 2008, reportedly have no plans to return to the U.S. indefinitely after Trump’s election win.
