Blake Lively recently shared her excitement about working with Paul Feig on the sequel to “A Simple Favor” at the premiere of “Another Simple Favor” at the SXSW film festival. The actress expressed her love for the character she portrays in the movie and revealed that Feig had a surprise curveball idea for the second film, which added to the excitement and discomfort for the audience.
As Lively continues to focus on her career, she has been involved in an ongoing legal battle with “It Ends With Us” director Justin Baldoni. The actress filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in December, accusing him of retaliation after she spoke up about alleged sexual harassment on set. Baldoni has denied the allegations and filed a countersuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds, claiming they are running a smear campaign against him.
Despite the legal proceedings, Lively and Reynolds made a public appearance together at the “SNL 50: The Anniversary Special” in New York City, marking their first outing since the legal battle began. Reynolds even made a quip about the situation, joking with reporters about what they had heard.
While Lively remains discreet about her personal life, she continues to focus on her successful career in Hollywood, with her latest project set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on May 1.
