The New England Patriots are gearing up for the upcoming NFL Draft by meeting with potential prospects at the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Led by new head coach Mike Vrabel, the Patriots have been evaluating eight key players during the practice week leading up to the game.
One standout prospect to watch is Iowa State WR Jayden Higgins, who could address the team’s need for stronger receivers. Oregon OT Josh Conerly Jr. is another player on the Patriots’ radar, while EDGE rushers Landon Jackson from Arkansas and Kyle Kennard from South Carolina are also being considered.
LSU TE Mason Taylor and Boston College OT Ozzy Trapilo provide depth options for the Patriots, as well as UCF RB RJ Harvey, Virginia DB Jonas Sanker, and Auburn LB Eugene Asante. The Senior Bowl presents these prospects with a final chance to impress before the NFL Combine and Draft in the coming months.
The Senior Bowl will kick off at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday and will be broadcast on NFL Network.
