JetBlue announced its plans to expand its transatlantic network in 2025 by offering nonstop seasonal service between Boston and two European capitals, Madrid, Spain, and Edinburgh, Scotland. The daily service will run from May 22 to Oct. 24, 2025, using JetBlue’s A321-aircraft with 24 Mint suites and carrying 138 passengers. With these new routes, JetBlue will now offer a total of seven daily nonstop routes from Boston to Europe. Daniel Shurz, JetBlue’s head of revenue, network, and enterprise planning, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating that Madrid and Edinburgh are two of Europe’s most exciting and popular destinations. These new routes are now available for booking.
In addition to this announcement, JetBlue was recently named the best economy class by The Points Guy Awards 2024, solidifying its position as a top choice for travelers seeking affordable and comfortable transatlantic travel options. With JetBlue’s continued expansion and recognition, passengers can look forward to more convenient and budget-friendly ways to explore top leisure destinations across the Atlantic.
