A new ABC News/Ipsos poll released on Sunday shows Vice President Kamala Harris holding a slight lead over former President Donald Trump in the week leading up to Election Day. Among likely voters, Harris leads Trump by 4 points at 51% to 47%, while among registered voters, she leads by 2 points at 49% to 47%.

Trump leads Harris on issues like the economy, inflation, and crime, while she leads on protecting American democracy, looking out for the middle class, and healthcare. Harris also leads on abortion by a significant margin. On personal attributes, Harris leads in every category, including being in good health, trustworthy, and honest. However, she has a narrower lead over Trump in being trusted in a crisis.

The poll also found that Harris leads among likely women voters and likely Black voters, while Trump leads among men and white voters. Among independents, Harris holds a 1-point lead over Trump.

The poll was conducted between October 18 and October 22 among 2,808 adults, including 2,392 registered voters and 1,913 likely voters. The margin of error was 2% for all respondents, 2.5% for likely voters, and 5.5% for respondents in battleground states.
