Ex-Red Sox World Series MVP set to deliver ceremonial first pitch at start of NLCS Game 1


Former Red Sox star Manny Ramirez, who won the 2004 World Series MVP, is set to throw out the first pitch in Game 1 of the NLCS between the Dodgers and Mets at Dodger Stadium on Sunday. Ramirez, now 52, played three seasons for the Dodgers and had impressive statistics during his time with the team. He batted .322 with a .433 on-base percentage, .580 slugging percentage, and 1.012 OPS in 223 regular season games for the Dodgers.
